Alecrim is a newly opened kitchen at Toomey’s Bar in Donard, serving pub food with a Brazilian soul by infusing traditional Irish classics with a Brazilian touch.

The challenge

As a newly opened business, Alecrim lacked a library of creative assets. While Toomey’s maintained a strong local reputation, it struggled to project an authentic online presence; previous campaigns failed to generate meaningful engagement, and imagery remained inconsistent across digital platforms.

The approach

We developed a content strategy to build a library of assets for both the bar and the restaurant, reflecting how they naturally complement each other in practice. This included high-quality food photography to showcase the Irish-Brazilian fusion and behind-the-scenes video content to introduce the new team. By synchronizing the digital presence of both entities, we created a unified brand experience that leveraged Toomey’s existing reputation to drive traffic to Alecrim’s new offering.

The result

Alecrim saw a 89% increase in social media engagement and a significant rise in weekend orders. The new visual library allowed for a consistent posting schedule, successfully bridging the gap between Toomey’s established locals and a new demographic seeking the Brazilian food offering.
